Private Individual Yoga
This is exactly what it sounds like: yoga sessions tailored specifically to your goals. Unlike group classes designed to suit many people at once, these personalized sessions focus on what you need most. Some weeks, we might flow through traditional yoga sequences; other weeks, we can incorporate more meditation or breath work. Want to work on balance postures? Let’s do it!
Private sessions are also an excellent opportunity to address specific questions and refine techniques, helping you deepen your practice and enhance your experience in group classes.
Feeling Exploration with Yoga
Taking the time to feel your feelings is helpful to all of us. Yet, most of us, including myself, do not routinely do this. Or, we don’t know how. While emotions spontaneously arise during difficult times, they remain inside us for days, months, and years. During a yoga session, feelings arise in the form of sensation or actual expression. This awareness and expression of emotion is beneficial in the most helpful ways. In these sessions, I guide you to become aware, identify, and process emotions.
